Data collected

Captain account data, team settings, rink sheet details, skater/ringer names, sweater numbers, positions, phone numbers, consent records, SMS logs, and billing identifiers.

Why it is used

To run hockey bench checks, process SMS replies, invite ringers, provide admin views, maintain consent proof, and manage subscriptions.

Consent records

Consent events store the phone number, team, source link, disclosure version, timestamp, IP address when available, and opt-in/opt-out status.

Sharing

Data is shared with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, including Twilio for SMS and Stripe for billing. We do not sell roster contact data.

Retention

Roster, ringer, and SMS data should be retained while the team account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for consent and billing records.
